🟩 Pros: has a classic yet quirky look. The room was clean and the bed comfy. 🟥 Cons: loud AC, expensive laundry service (320 THB) and clothes were not even folded

Overall ok, but only the bathroom is attached. The sound of the toilet flushing is very strong and loud. At night, when I pee, I'm afraid other rooms will wake me up. And the bathroom will smell because there is no ceiling covering the top. But everything else is OK.

friendly hotel staff always willing to help if needed, speak english there's 24/7 front desk and security.free wifi and free rear parking great hotel resterant the rooms/food excellent price.stayed there 3 weeks every time rooms have air con,flat screen tv.and monkey bar only 5min walk offers food&drink live music friday & saturdays.will stay again and again 10/10

Very nice hotel with a beautiful room. Have a parking for your car or your motorcycle. The staff is professional and smiling. In the center of the town, Siri Hotel is at few meters of the bar and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with flat TV and hot shower.

The front desk understands English but... Expect no smile, welcome, customer service or change of towels. Dirty glasses in my room. Dark and worn out claustrophobic rooms. No chair or seating. A single! electrical socket (in 2-person rooms). No kettle or coffee in the room. Terrible lighting. Noise from other AirCons and bathrooms. Special coffee arrangement (1 cup per day/coffee voucher). Had booked and paid for 2 nights in advance, but was only "entrusted" with one coffee note per day. The reception knew I had booked and paid for 2 nights, yet I was called all day long on my Thai(turist) phone number, as the hotel wanted me to book and pay AGAIN or loose my room to another guest. I was more than very surprished. Had to involve and inconvenience a random Thai person to explain that Siri Hotel were 100% wrong. With multiple phonecalls. They were of cause wrong. But I recieved no excuse! No compensation! Nothing!! Not okay - I'd be embarreshed and ashamed to triet my customers this way. Just my oppinion.
